Luxurious hotel, accommodating staff in a favourable position. Reasonably large and huge room with a view of the akashi-kaikyo bridge and very pleasant experience. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. The property of choice in Kobe.

Booked a room with spectacular views of the sea and the bridge. We had large and excellent breakfast in the restaurant. It was a good location for us, close enough to a mountain and ocean and most trains. The staff were all amicable and accommodating.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Kobe with stunning views of the Akashi-Kaikyo Bridge and Akashi Strait. The room I stayed in had an amazing view, especially from the heart-shaped bathtub. It was a perfect place for a relaxed vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel also provided complimentary breakfast and the staff was very helpful and attentive. it was a fantastic experience.
No major complaints.

Liked our a nice size and huge rooms in this hotel.
Impressive hotel, the stay was pleasant, wonderful location in a quiet residential neighborhood. Our room had a comfortable bed and a superb view. The service was fantastic, the food was good! Besides, there was a private parking on site. Location: the venue was close enough to the bridge and ocean and the train station. Popped in Dining & Bar Key West for shots before sleep, it was relatively near the venue.

Liked our a nice size and huge rooms in this hotel.
The hotel was impressive, fantastic services provided, fantastic location in a quiet residential neighborhood. Our room had a comfortable bed and an absolutely superb view. The decor was Japanese and the staff were helpful and amiable. Location: the venue was so close to the mainstream tourist spots and the bridge and ocean. Easily reached Shuraku Shokusai Omori, located a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there. Everything was simply perfectly fine.

The view of the bridge and island was amazing from the room. Free shuttle and close location to the train station made transportation easy. The breakfast buffet had many options, including made-to-order omelets. The hotel had large rooms and individual beds, and the outdoor pool and foreshore walking were enjoyable.

The hotel had a stunning view of the impressive bridge nearby and was only a short walk from a beautiful beach. The room was clean and had plenty of space, and the staff were very friendly and spoke English well. We also appreciated the availability of some great nearby restaurants, making it easy to explore the area.
The hotel was quite a distance from the city, so it wasn't the best location for those interested in exploring the wider area. There was also no room safe, and we found some aspects, such as breakfast, to be quite expensive.

This hotel has amazing views of the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge. I stayed on the 7th floor and had a breathtaking view right from my room. The location is also fantastic, nestled inside a beachfront park. It was so convenient to take a stroll along the beach and enjoy the seaside atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of choices for both Western and Japanese tastes. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the selection and presentation of the food.
All aspects were satisfactory, nothing that needs improvement.

The hotel offered us complementary coffee and tea in our room, which was a nice touch. the hotel is located near the beach which was great for taking an early morning walk. the hotel room came with an ironing board which was very convenient.
The hotel was far from any restaurants or shops, making it difficult to find food in the area. the hotel room felt dated and not very clean.
